    • Relevant and meaningful: be specific and relate the concept to your clinical practice, plan how this learning inspiration might change your approach or challenge the idea
    • Substantive: a few sentences (11-word minimum) that describe your learning and thought process
    • Authentic: please do not copy & paste or write a generic note unrelated to the topic/concept
